Getting to the gym early on a Saturday to get your body composition tested and staying late to do cardio.
Acknowledging that you wouldn't have started working out without a program to follow, but noticing that you have made it to every workout so far.
Choosing a snack of peanut butter and an apple instead of a candy bar, doughnut, soda, or other pick me up that you know isn't good for you.
Eating a big bowl of macaroni and cheese on your Guilt Free Day and feeling sick to your stomach.
Not feeling full after a meal, but remembering you'll be eating again in a couple hours anyway.
Feeling like you finally have control over cravings and not giving in to temptation as much (not eating candy and baked goods at your office like everybody else).
Being thanked by somebody else for letting them know that a mocha has up to 500 calories.
